We need all of our member's support for our annual LGCA Fireworks Stand--Volunteer for shifts during this event.
We need help:
- On 6/30/17 to unload fireworks from the delivery truck and to stock the stand.
- On 7/1/17 to 7/4/17 to sell fireworks in the stand. (Must be 18 yrs or older)
- On 7/4/17 at 10 pm to remove the fireworks from the stand and pack up after it closes for the season.
- From 10 pm to 7am on 6/30, 7/1, 7/2, & 7/3/17 to watch the stand when it is closed each night.
- From 11am to 10pm (on 6/30/17 only) to babysit/day guard the stand during the day, until the night guards arrive that evening.
This is the biggest fundraiser of the year and pays for the upkeep & improvements to the LGCA clubhouse, activities, and events (workshops, pool parties, holiday events, movie nights, etc.) that benefits all of our member families.
If you are an LGCA member, we ask that you help us keep the LGCA a viable entity. One way to do this is to help us with our fundraisers (especially this one!)
Please don't treat the LGCA as just a rental hall--we are a historic part of Lakewood!
