If you live in the Lakewood Gardens neighborhood (within Lakewood Blvd to South St, South Street to Hayter Ave, Hayter Ave to Ashworth Street, and Ashworth to Lakewood Blvd.) you are eligible to become a member of the LGCA!

Regular Annual membership is $200/yr.

Annual memberships for Seniors (65+) and Veterans is $125/yr. (Note: Veterans may be asked to provide a copy of their Military ID to receive their discounted membership rate.)

Be aware that all memberships are for ONE YEAR. Grandfathered payment plans are simply a convenience we offered in the past to our members. You are still responsible for making ALL payments for each year you are a member. Any lapsed memberships will lose "payment plan" status, owe remaining payments and revert to an annual payment plan.

Please Note: If you live outside of the above described membership area, you are ineligible to join and any online payments you make will be refunded to you.

However, if you are a Lakewood resident and you know an LGCA Member in good standing, you may become a Sponsored Member for $250 per year. You must provide the name of the LGCA Member who is sponsoring you so that we can verify this information.

Note: Sponsored members will be able to rent the clubhouse at the member discounted rate, but have NO voting privileges at the Annual Meeting. Sponsored members are also REQUIRED to volunteer at the annual LGCA Fireworks Stand or forfeit their membership. Click on the "Fireworks Stand" tab on the left and then click on the link to sign up for shifts. We especially need volunteers to work on the 4th of July.

Access Cards: Members will receive their access control key cards once they have joined. Key cards will expire when the membership dues are past due--so please keep current with your dues. Replacement cards are $50 (lost/stolen/demagnetized cards). See the Membership Records chairperson for your access card once you become a member.

Once you become a member, you will receive an "LGCA Member" Yard Sign, one LGCA Access Card, and a Membership Packet containing the LGCA Standing Rules (e.g. Pool Rules, Clubhouse Rules, and Rental Rules)

Sponsored Member (Annual) - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Sponsored member for a full year. Must be sponsored by an LGCA member in good standing. Membership is not automatically renewable and must be re-sponsored every year.
